This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to the information that the Licensor may obtain from a user’s device while using the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).
By using the Application, the user unconditionally agrees with this Policy and the terms of information processing set forth herein. If the user does not agree with the Policy, they must refrain from using the Application.
The Application and its services allow users to interact with the Licensor under the agreements and contracts concluded, which also govern the processing and storage of users’ personal data.
This Policy applies only to the Application. The Licensor does not control and is not responsible for information transferred by the user to third parties, including when following links from the Application to external resources.

1. Types of Information CollectedThe Application may collect the following information from the user’s device (“User Information”):

• Device and technical data: type of device, operating system, system languages, screen resolution, processor details, browser information, fonts, region, local time, service provider, audio/video device information, installed plugins, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage data: navigation within the Application, taps, clicks, session identifiers, visited pages, number and duration of visits, date and time of sessions.
• Images: photos taken with the device’s camera or stored in the gallery, used within Application features (e.g., chat image sharing).
• Voice data: voice recordings (which may be converted into text), processed for functionality and/or improvement of the Application.

2. Processing of User Information2.1. The Licensor processes only the information necessary for the purposes described in Section 1.
2.2. The Licensor takes organizational and technical measures to protect User Information against unauthorized access, use, copying, or disclosure.
2.3. For the purposes described in this Policy, the Licensor may engage partners under confidentiality agreements. Anonymized and aggregated data may be shared with partners to improve the Application.
2.4. User Information may be stored by the Licensor and its partners for the duration of the contractual relationship between the Licensor and the user, and for up to five (5) years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
2.5. User Information may be disclosed to government authorities only when required under applicable law.
